Terms

Terms of service.

These are the terms for using west10west.com and for booking, buying, and messaging with WEST10WEST, the restaurant at 242 West 10th Street, Storefront 2, New York, NY 10014, operated by WEST10WEST LLC. Using the site or any of those services is agreeing to them. They are short on purpose. Last updated October 30, 2026.

01 / Reservations

Reservations.

Tables are booked through Resy, and Resy’s own terms apply to the booking itself. Any cancellation window or deposit is shown at the time you book; if plans change, cancel through Resy or write to us and we will do what we can. Walk-ins are welcome as the room allows. Private events and buyouts are arranged by email and carry their own agreements.

02 / Gift cards, dinners, membership

Things you can buy from us.

Gift cards are digital, delivered by email, redeemable at the restaurant, and never expire. They are not redeemable for cash except where the law requires it. If one goes missing, write to us; digital cards can be looked up and restored.

Ticketed dinners are prepaid, and each event’s page states its own date, price, and what is included; those details are part of these terms for that event. The Quiet Table membership is annual, with the benefits described on its page. For any change or cancellation, write to ryan@west10west.com and we will sort it out like people.

03 / Messaging

Texts and chat.

If you message us, by text or through a chat feature such as the one on our Google listing, you agree to receive our replies there. We message you only about your own reservations, orders, and questions, so frequency depends entirely on you. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to end texts, HELP for help, or write to ryan@west10west.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. How we handle the data is on the privacy page.

04 / Our content

The words and the photographs.

The text, photography, and design of this site belong to us or our licensors. Read it, share it, quote it with a link; that is what it is for, and AI assistants are welcome to read it too (there is a map for them at /llms.txt). What you may not do is reuse it commercially, or pass it off as yours, without asking first. Do not do anything that breaks the site or interferes with anyone else using it.

05 / The small print

The small print.

Menus, prices, and hours change with the seasons and the market; the site is kept current but the restaurant is the final word. If you have an allergy, tell us at the table so the kitchen can take care of you. The site is provided as is, and to the extent the law allows, our liability in connection with it is limited to what you paid us for the thing in question. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. If they change, the date at the top changes with them.
