Privacy policy.
We are a 23-seat restaurant, not a data company. We collect what it takes to seat you, feed you, and answer you, and very little else. This page says exactly what that means. Last updated October 30, 2026.
What we collect from you.
When you book or dine with us: your name, contact details, party size, and reservation history, plus anything you tell us, an allergy or an anniversary, so we can take better care of you. Reservations are made through Resy, which shares those details with us so we can run the night.
When you buy a gift card, a ticketed dinner, or a Quiet Table membership: your name, email, and what you bought. Payments are handled by our payment processor; we never see or store your full card number, only a confirmation.
When you message us, by email, phone, text, or a chat feature such as the one on our Google listing, we receive your message and whatever contact details come with it, and we keep the conversation so we can answer you and remember what we promised.
When you apply to work with us or send a private events inquiry through the site, we receive what you put in the form, including a resume if you attach one.
What this website collects.
This site uses Google Analytics and a Google Ads measurement tag, which set cookies so we can see how people find us and whether the little advertising we do brings anyone to dinner. You can block these with your browser settings or Google’s own opt-out tools and the site works exactly the same.
We also run our own simple counter: the page you visited, the page that sent you, any campaign tag in the link, and a random id your browser invents for the visit. It is ours alone and is not shared with anyone.
If you adjust the display settings (text size, contrast), that preference is stored on your own device and never leaves it. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, as every host does.
Who processes your information.
A small, boring list: Resy for reservations, Toast for the point of sale, Stripe for online payments, Google for analytics, ads measurement, and the chat and booking features on our Google listing, and Netlify, Vercel, and Supabase for hosting the site and our own systems. Each handles data under its own privacy policy.
We never sell your information, and we never share it with anyone for their marketing.
Texts and chat.
If you text us or reach us through a chat channel, we use your number or chat handle only to reply and to handle whatever you asked about. We do not sell or share your mobile or chat opt-in data or personal information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Reply STOP at any time to end texts from us, or simply stop writing; we only message you about your own reservations, orders, and questions.
Seeing, fixing, and deleting.
Write to ryan@west10west.com to see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. We keep records only as long as running the restaurant and the law require. This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
