Bring the bottle. We’ll pour it like our own.
Corkage at WEST10WEST is $45 per 750ml. Not a fee for opening a bottle, a service for honoring one. If a bottle has been waiting in your life for the right night, this room was built for that night.
What forty-five dollars buys.
Your bottle is received like one of ours. Grace, the sommelier who leads our wine program, opens it, tastes it with you, and decants it if it will show better for the air. It goes into proper stemware at the right temperature, and it stays at the right temperature for the whole dinner.
Then the part no fee schedule mentions: she will suggest a plate from that night’s menu to meet the bottle where it is. A twenty-year-old Barolo wants different company than a young Chablis. That conversation is the point of a wine room this size.
A confident list doesn’t fear your cellar.
Our list runs from pet-nat and orange wine to Château d’Yquem and Dom Pérignon, so we are not worried about competing with the bottle in your bag. We are curious about it. The wedding-year vintage, the bottle carried home from a trip, the one your father put away, those bottles deserve a table that takes them seriously and twenty-three seats quiet enough to hear the story.
Corkage rooms are usually a compromise. Ours is an invitation.
Simple, on purpose.
$45 per 750ml bottle. No arranging required, though a note on your Resy reservation means the right stems are waiting when you sit. If the bottle you are thinking of is already on our list, let us pour ours instead.
